What data is stored?
We do not store personal data when the calculators are simply used. Entered values are processed only locally in your browser. If you contact us by email, we process your information solely to handle your request. You can learn more in our privacy policy.
Where can I find the sources and formulas?
The most important formulas, assumptions, standards, manufacturer data and technical limitations are listed directly on the respective calculator page. You will also find a central overview on the sources and methodology page.
Do advertising or affiliate links influence the results?
No. Advertising or marked affiliate links may fund the website, but they must not influence the calculation logic or technical classification. The calculation results are based on the documented formulas and assumptions.
