Sources & Methodology
Calcolaro does not use one central source for all calculators. Each calculator has its own formulas, assumptions, reference values and technical limitations. That is why you will find the specific sources directly on the respective calculator page.
How we build calculators
Formula first
Every calculator is based on a traceable formula or clearly documented calculation logic.
Sources per calculator
Standards, reference values, manufacturer data and practical assumptions are named where they belong technically.
Disclose limitations
We point out typical uncertainties, rounding and cases where professional advice makes sense.

Important note
The results are calculation aids and guidance values. Real projects can differ because of material, devices, substrate, installation, environment and local regulations. For safety-relevant, legal or especially expensive decisions, you should consult professionals or binding manufacturer and standards documentation.
